How It Works
What do we mean by our Double Guarantee?
Guarantee #2 – Homeservice Club™ adds its guarantee to that of the contractor – if the job is not done right and the contractor can’t or won’t fix it, the Club will – that’s your second guarantee.
“How are we able to offer this unique Double Guarantee?” – Firstly, Homeservice Club™ controls all payments to the contractor. Members only pay Homeservice Club™ and the Club then pays the contractor upon notification by the member that their job has been completed satisfactorily.
Secondly, all Club-authorized contractors post a cash bond with Homeservice to guarantee his or her work. This bond is your guarantee that if a job is not completely satisfactory and the contractor cannot or will not fix it, the Club has the funds to step in and fully correct the problem.

How is payment handled?
Alternately, payment can be made by VISA, MASTERCARD or VISA DEBIT to a maximum of $5,000 per job. Any balance must be paid by cheque as outlined above.
Credit card payments must be called in to Homeservice Club™ and not provided to the contractor.
If payment is made directly to a Contractor or to a subcontractor for any work pursuant to the Contract or for any additional work, this shall not be deemed payment to Homeservice Club™ and will void all guarantees by Homeservice Club™.
