   How The Plan Works

As a Homeservice Club™ member you receive $30 for every $10,000 real estate value when you buy or sell your home through our recommended agents.

   For Example: On the sale of a $350.000 home.

            Sale price of present home             $350.000
            Homeservice Club™ rebate (35*30) $    1.050
            Purchase price of new home           $400.000
            Homeservice Club™ rebate (40*30) $    1.200
            Total Rebate                                 $    2.250
