The All-Purpose does not have it's own real estate agents, but rather provides a consulting service that helps you obtain the best agent in the area you are considering buying or selling your home. All-Purpose will make the arrangements with the agent on your behalf and this will entitle you to the financial rewards available from Homeservice Club's™ Real Estate Savings Program.
How The Plan Works
As a Homeservice Club™ member you receive $30 for every $10,000 real estate value when you buy or sell your home through our recommended agents.
For Example: On the sale of a $350.000 home.
Sale price of present home 
$350,000
Homeservice Club™ rebate (35*30) $1,050
Purchase price of new home $400,000
Homeservice Club™ rebate (40*30) $1,200
Total Rebate $2,250
