As a member you may include as many additional properties that you own to your one membership. We ask the member for:

• Full address for each property, including contact of a tenant, if applicable.
• If the tenant is permitted to call for that specific property, is that tenant paying for any services?
• If the tenant does not have authorization, who does and will payment be made upon completion?
• If payment cannot be made upon completion, the owner will have to place a $500 security deposit by cheque, VISA or Mastercard. This is a retainer and any services contracted will not be deducted from the retainer. This deposit allows the member to be billed for the services rendered.

• Look for a membership kit in the mail. It will include your Homeservice Club™ membership card and information about the Benefits program.
