How does the 24-hour Emergency Service work?

Homeservice Club™ members receive 24-hour, 7-day a week, emergency plumbing, heating and electrical service at
REGULAR RATES - no extra overtime or travel charges.

  • An emergency is classifed as a necessary home repair that must be attended to as soon as possible to avoid secondary property damages and possible endangerment to the occupants of the property.
  • Homeservice Club™ offers 24-hour, 7-day a week service for plumbing, electrical, locksmith, security and heating emergencies. Just call the Homeservice Club™ number and tell the attendant you have an emergency situation. Help will be dispatched immediately.
  • If an emergency happens outside of regular business hours (8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.), your call will be automatically transferred to an emergency service representative. They will ask you for your membership number and dispatch an on-call emergency contractor to call you and arrange to meet with you at the earliest possible time. This contractor will discuss any additional charges which may be required according to the emergency type and it's severity.
Please remember, Homeservice Club contractors do not charge any overtime or travel fees.
