Firstly, Homeservice Club controls all payments to the contractor. Members
only pay Homeservice Club and the Club then pays the contractor upon notification
by the member that their job has been completed satisfactorily. Secondly,
all Club authorized contractors post a cash bond with Homeservice to guarantee
his or her work. This bond is your guarantee that if a job is not completely
satisfactory and the contractor cannot or will not fix it, the Club has
the funds to step in and fully correct the problem.

Homeservice Club Inspectors inspect the work at various stages before
the member makes any payments. All payments are always made payable only
to Homeservice Club which secures the Double Guarantee.
